The food of the Zakkum tree 43 Food of the sinner. 44 like the dregs of oil, it shall boil in their bellies, 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 (And it will be said): Take him and drag him to the midst of hell, 47 then pour over his head the chastisement of boiling water!' 48 'Taste! Surely thou art the mighty, the noble. 49 This is the torment that you persistently doubted". 50 Surely those who guard (against evil) are in a secure place, 51 Amidst gardens and springs. 52 clothed in fine silk and rich brocade, sitting face to face with one another. 53 So it is; and We have wedded them to maidens with gorgeous eyes. 54 In that [paradise] they shall [rightfully] claim all the fruits [of their past deeds,] resting in security; 55 and neither shall they taste death there after having passed through their erstwhile death. Thus will He have preserved them from all suffering through the blazing fire 56 By the beneficence of your Lord. This will be the great success. 57 Therefore We have made this (Qur'an) easy in your tongue. They may haply take a warning. 58 Wait (for God's decree) and they too will be waiting. 59
