The Elephant (Al-Feel)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Have you not considered how your Lord dealt with the possessors of the elephant? 1 Did He not cause their evil plots to fail 2 And send down (to prey) upon them birds in flocks, 3 which showered them with small pebbles of clay 4 and made them like straw eaten up (by cattle). 5
True are the words of God the Almighty.
