Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
50 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah) before Q (Qaaf)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
By the winds (or angels or the Messengers of Allah) sent forth one after another. 1 Then by oath of those that push with a strong gust. 2 Then by oath of those that lift and carry. 3 And those [angels] who bring criterion 4 And those winds that bring down the remembrance. 5 to provide excuses for some and to give warnings to others: 6 that whatever with which you have been warned will inevitably come to pass. 7 When the stars lose their light, 8 when heaven shall be split 9 And when the mountains are blown away, 10 and the appointed time to bring the Messengers together arrives, (then shall the promised event come to pass). 11 To what day is the doom fixed? 12 To the Day of Decision. 13 And what will convey unto thee what the Day of Decision is! - 14 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 15 Destroyed We not the ancients? 16 Then caused the latter folk to follow after? 17 As such shall We deal with the sinners. 18 Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)! 19 Did We not create you from contemptible water? 20 and place it in a secure place 21 For a known extent. 22 We then calculated; so how excellently do We control! 23 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies! 24 Have We not made the earth a receptacle. 25 for both the living and the dead? 26 Have We not placed high mountains upon it and given you fresh water to drink? 27 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 28 'Depart unto that which ye were wont to belie. 29 Walk on to the covering having three branches, 30 [But having] no cool shade and availing not against the flame." 31 and throwing up sparks as huge as towers 32 sparks like to golden herds. 33 Woe on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth 34 This is a day wherein they speak not, 35 Nor given leave to make excuses. 36 On that day, woe would be those who have rejected God's revelations! 37 This is the Day of Decision, We have assembled both ye and the ancients. 38 and if you [think that you] have a subterfuge left, try to outwit Me!" 39 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 40

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
