And We had certainty settled the Children of Israel in an agreeable settlement and provided them with good things. And they did not differ until [after] knowledge had come to them. Indeed, your Lord will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning that over which they used to differ 93 So if you (O Muhammad SAW) are in doubt concerning that which We have revealed unto you, [i.e. that your name is written in the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] then ask those who are reading the Book [the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] before you. Verily, the truth has come to you from your Lord. So be not of those who doubt (it). 94 Nor be of those who reject the signs of Allah, or thou shalt be of those who perish. 95 Verily those on whom the word of thy Lord hath been justified shall not believe. 96 even if they witness every single sign that might come to them until they are face to face with the painful chastisement, 97 For, alas, there has never yet been any community that attained to faith [in its entirety,] and thereupon benefited by its faith, except the people of Jonah. When they came to believe, We removed from them the suffering of disgrace [which otherwise would have befallen them even] in the life of this world, and allowed them to enjoy their life during the time allotted to them. 98 Had your Lord so willed, all those who are on the earth would have believed. Will you, then, force people into believing? 99 It is not for any soul to believe save by the permission of Allah. He hath set uncleanness upon those who have no sense. 100 Proclaim, “Observe what is in the heavens and the earth”; and the signs and the Noble Messengers do not benefit the people who are not destined to believe. 101 Do they then expect (any thing) but (what happened in) the days of the men who passed away before them? Say: "Wait ye then: for I, too, will wait with you." 102 Then shall We save Our messengers and the believers, in like manner (as of old). It is incumbent upon Us to save believers. 103
