Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But nay! I swear by that which you see, 38 and what you do not see 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured messenger; 40 It is not the word of a poet, little is that you believe! 41 nor the speech of a soothsayer (little do you remember). 42 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 43 And if he had forged concerning us some discourses. 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand, 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein. 46 and not one of you would have been able to withhold Us from doing so. 47 And lo! it is a warrant unto those who ward off (evil). 48 We know very well that there are some among you who reject Our signs -- 49 And indeed, it will be [a cause of] regret upon the disbelievers. 50 And Verily, it (this Quran) is an absolute truth with certainty. 51 So glorify the name of thy Lord Most High. 52
God the Almighty always says the truth.
