At length when the messengers arrived among the adherents of Lut, 61 he said to them: 'I do not know you' 62 They answered: "Nay, but we have come unto thee with [the announcement of] something that they [who are given to evil] have always been wont to call in question, 63 And we have come to you with the truth, and we are most surely truthful. 64 “Therefore journey with your household while a portion of the night remains, and you tread behind them – and none of you may turn around and see, and proceed directly to the place you are commanded to.” 65 We communicated to him Our decree that the guilty ones would be destroyed by the morning. 66 The people of the town rejoicingly 67 He said: verily these are my guests, so disgrace me not. 68 Fear Allah and do not disgrace me' 69 They answered: "Have we not forbidden thee [to offer protection] to any kind of people?" 70 He said, "Here are my daughters, if you must act in this way." 71 Verily, by your life (O Muhammad SAW), in their wild intoxication, they were wandering blindly. 72 So As-Saihah (torment - awful cry, etc.) overtook them at the time of sunrise; 73 and turned the land upside down, and rained down stones of baked clay. 74 Surely in this are signs for those who examine. 75 That town lies on a road which still exists. 76 surely in that is a sign for believers. 77 And the Companions of the Wood were also wrong-doers; 78 So We inflicted retribution on them, and they are both, indeed, on an open road (still) pursued. 79

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
