Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 And removed your burden 2 that had well-nigh broken your back? 3 And We have exalted your remembrance for you. 4 But lo! with hardship goeth ease, 5 Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. 6 So when thou art relieved, still toil 7 And to your Lord direct [your] longing. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
