But no; I swear by what you see, 38 and by what you do not see, 39 This Qur’an is the speech of Allah with a gracious Noble Messenger. 40 It is not the word of a poet but only a few of you have faith, 41 nor the speech of a soothsayer (little do you remember). 42 It is a revelation sent down by the Sustainer of the Universe: 43 Now if he [whom We have entrusted with it] had dared to attribute some [of his own] sayings unto Us, 44 We surely had lain hold of him by the right hand. 45 Then would have cut off his heart’s artery. 46 and none of you could have held Us off from him. 47 And verily it is an admonition unto the God-fearing. 48 And We certainly know that there are amongst you those that reject (it). 49 yet, behold, this [rejection] will indeed become a source of bitter regret for all who deny the truth [of God's revelation] 50 And indeed it is a certain Truth. 51 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 52
