1/2 Hizb 35

'O Messengers, eat of the good things and do righteousness; surely I know the things you do. 51 And lo! this your religion is one religion and I am your Lord, so keep your duty unto Me. 52 But they (men) have broken their religion among them into sects, each group rejoicing in its belief. 53 So leave them in their error for a time. 54 Do they think that in giving them wealth and children 55 We hasten in good works for them? No, they are not aware. 56 Indeed, they who are apprehensive from fear of their Lord 57 And they who believe in the signs of their Lord 58 and do not ascribe partners to Him; 59 And those who give that which they give with hearts afraid because they are about to return unto their Lord, 60 These people hasten to perform goodness, and it is they who shall reach it first. 61 And We do not lay on any soul a burden except to the extent of its ability, and with Us is a book which speaks the truth, and they shall not be dealt with unjustly. 62 But their hearts are in ignorance of this (Koran); and they have deeds besides that which they are doing. 63 But then when We seize the affluent among them, they will cry out for help. 64 (We shall say): 'Do not groan today, surely you shall receive no help from Us' 65 “My verses were recited to you, so you used to turn back on your heels.” 66 In scorn thereof. Nightly did ye rave together. 67 Do they not ponder over the Word (of Allah), or has anything (new) come to them that did not come to their fathers of old? 68 Or is it that they were unaware of their Messenger and were therefore repelled by him for he was a stranger to them? 69 Or do they say: There is madness in him? Nay! he has brought them the truth, and most of them are averse from the truth. 70 Had the truth followed their fancies, the heavens, the earth, and all who live in them would have surely been corrupted. No, We brought them their Remembrance; but from their Remembrance they turn away. 71 Or is it that you ask them a recompense? But the recompense of your Lord is best, and He is the best of those who provide sustenance. 72 And certainly, you (O Muhammad SAW) call them to a Straight Path (true religion Islamic Monotheism). 73 but those who disbelieve the life hereafter deviate from the right path. 74 ۞ And even were We to show them mercy and remove whatever distress might befall them [in this life,] they would still persist in their overweening arrogance, blindly stumbling to and fro. 75 And indeed We seized them with punishment, but they humbled not themselves to their Lord, nor did they invoke (Allah) with submission to Him. 76 So that when at last We open up the gate of severe punishment on them they will be overwhelmed with despair. 77
