۞ We said to Moses: "Travel by night with My creatures. You will surely be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent heralds to (all) the Cities, 53 (Proclaiming): "Surely they are a small band (of fugitives). 54 “And indeed they have angered all of us.” 55 “And indeed we are an alert army.” 56 So We expelled them from gardens, springs, 57 And treasures and goodly dwellings, 58 and We made the Children of Israel inheritors of these bounties. 59 Then they followed them at the sunrise; 60 And when the two hosts came in view of each other, Moses' companions said: 'We have been reached' 61 Moses said, "Certainly not. My Lord is with me and He will certainly guide me." 62 Then We inspired Musa (Moses) (saying): "Strike the sea with your stick." And it parted, and each separate part (of that sea water) became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 Then We brought the others to that place. 64 and We saved Moses and those who were with him together, 65 and then We caused the others to drown. 66 Verily herein is a sign; but most of them are not believers. 67 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 68
