۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 Then the Pharaoh sent announcers to the cities, 53 They announced “These people are a small group.” 54 And indeed, they are enraging us, 55 And lo! we are a ready host. 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 and [deprived them of their erstwhile] station of honour!" 58 Thus it was; and We made the children of Israel possess them. 59 Pharaoh and his people pursued them at sunrise, 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 (Moses) said: "By no means! my Lord is with me! Soon will He guide me!" 62 Then We revealed unto Musa, saying: smite thou the sea with thy staff. So it became separated, and each part was like unto a cliff mighty. 63 And We made the other party approach thither. 64 We delivered Moses and every one with him, 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 In this there was certainly evidence (of the Truth), but most of them did not have any faith. 67 Indeed your Lord is mighty and merciful. 68
