Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Ya Sin. 1 and the Quran, the Book of wisdom, 2 thou art truly among the Envoys 3 On the Straight Path. 4 The sending down of the Mighty, the Most Merciful 5 That thou mayst warn a folk whose fathers were not warned, so they are heedless. 6 Indeed the Word (of punishment) has proved true against most of them, so they will not believe. 7 We have put yokes round their necks right up to their chins, so that their heads are forced up (and they cannot see). 8 and We have put a barrier before them and a barrier behind them, and have covered them up, so they are unable to see. 9 It is the same whether you have warned them or you have not warned them, they do not believe. 10 You only warn he who follows the Remembrance and fears the Merciful in the Unseen. Give to him glad tidings of forgiveness and a generous wage. 11 We shall surely bring the dead back to life and We record what they send ahead and what they leave behind. We have recorded everything in a clear book. 12
