In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By (the angels) sent forth with the commands of God, 1 By the raging hurricanes, 2 Then by oath of those that lift and carry. 3 Then separate them, one from another, 4 Then spread abroad a Message, 5 To clear or to warn. 6 Indeed, what you are promised is to occur. 7 So when the stars are extinguished, 8 And when the sky is riven asunder, 9 And when the mountains are blown away; 10 And when the messengers are (all) appointed a time (to collect);- 11 For what day is that time fixed? 12 For the Day of Judgement. 13 And what could make thee conceive what that Day of Distinction will be? 14 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth. 15 Did We not destroy the former generations? 16 Thereafter We shall cause to follow them the latter ones. 17 Thus do We deal with the sinful ones. 18 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 19 Did We not create you of a mean water, 20 Then We lodged you in a secure place (the womb) 21 For a period (of gestation), determined (according to need)? 22 So We decreed. How excellent are We as decreers! 23 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 24 Have We not made the earth a receptacle 25 For the living and the dead, 26 place on it high mountains and provide you with fresh water? 27 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies! 28 (It will be said:) "Depart ye to that which ye used to reject as false! 29 Proceed to that shadow, rising in three columns 30 (Which yet is) no relief nor shelter from the flame. 31 and throwing up sparks as huge as towers 32 As though they were camels yellow tawny. 33 Woe on that day unto the beliers! 34 that Day on which they will not [be able to] utter a word, 35 Nor will it be open to them to put forth pleas. 36 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 37 This is the Day of Judgement; We will have assembled you and the former peoples. 38 So if you have a plan, then plan against Me. 39 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
