Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

And We have placed within the heaven great stars and have beautified it for the observers. 16 And We have guarded it from every outcast devil, 17 Save him who stealeth the hearing, and them doth a clear flame pursue. 18 And the earth! We have stretched it out and have cast thereon mountains firm, and We have caused to spring up thereon everything weighed. 19 and there appointed for you livelihood, and for those you provide not for. 20 There is nothing except that its treasuries are with Us and We do not send it down except in a known measure. 21 And We have sent the fertilizing winds and sent down water from the sky and given you drink from it. And you are not its retainers. 22 And verily We! it is We who give life and death, and We shall be the survivors. 23 We know the people who lived before you and those who will come into existence after you. 24 It is your Lord who will gather them. He is all wise and all knowing. 25
