Are you the harder to create or the heaven? He made it. 27 and raised its vault high and proportioned it; 28 And He made dark its night, and brought forth its sunshine. 29 and the earth which He spread out, 30 And from it produced its water and its pasture. 31 And the mountains He has fixed firmly; 32 [all this] as a means of livelihood for you and your animals. 33 But when the great disaster cometh, 34 The Day when man shall remember what he strove for, 35 and Hell is there for all to see, 36 Then as for him who waxed exorbitant, 37 and preferred the life of this world, 38 Then indeed hell only is his destination. 39 And for one who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from desire, 40 paradise will truly be the goal! 41 They will question you about the Hour: 'When shall it be' 42 What art thou about, to mention it? 43 To your Lord belongs (the knowledge of) the term thereof? 44 You are only a warner for those who fear such a day. 45 On the Day when they behold it, [it will seem to them] as if they had tarried [in this world] no longer than one evening or [one night, ending with] its morn! 46
