Surely We have sent down to thee the Book with the truth, so that thou mayest judge between the people by that God has shown thee. So be not an advocate for the traitors; 105 And seek the Forgiveness of Allah, certainly, Allah is Ever Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. 106 And do not plead on behalf of those who deceive themselves; indeed Allah does not like any treacherous, excessive sinner. 107 They can hide (their deeds) from men but they cannot hide (them) from Allah for He is with them even when they hold nightly counsels that are unpleasing to Allah. Allah encompasses all their doings. 108 Oh, you might well argue in their behalf in the life of this world: but who will argue in their behalf with God on the Day of Resurrection, or who will be their defender? 109 Whosoever does evil, or wrongs himself; and then prays God's forgiveness, he shall find God is All-forgiving, All-compassionate. 110 And if any one earns sin. he earns it against His own soul: for Allah is full of knowledge and wisdom. 111 But if any one earns a fault or a sin and throws it on to one that is innocent, He carries (on himself) (Both) a falsehood and a flagrant sin. 112
