And lo! it is a revelation of the Lord of the Worlds, 192 The Trustworthy Spirit, Angel Jibreel - peace be upon him, brought it down. 193 Upon your heart (O Muhammad SAW) that you may be (one) of the warners, 194 in the clear Arabic tongue. 195 Truly, it is in the Books of the ancients. 196 Is not the fact (that the Israelite scholars already knew about the Quran through their Book) sufficient evidence for the pagans of the truthfulness (of the Quran)? 197 And if We had revealed it unto one of any other nation than the Arabs, 198 they would still not have believed in it. 199 Thus have We caused it (the denial of the Quran) to enter the hearts of the Mujrimun (criminals, polytheists, sinners, etc.). 200 They will not believe in it until they see the painful torment; 201 It will come upon them suddenly when they are not expecting it. 202 They will therefore say, "Will we get some respite?" 203 Do they want to hasten Our torment? 204 Do you not see that even if We give them respite for years 205 And then what they were promised comes upon them, 206 That which they were made to enjoy shall not avail them? 207 Never a city We destroyed, but it had warners 208 to admonish them. We have never been unjust. 209 The satans have not revealed the Quran; 210 Neither would it suit them, nor they can (produce it). 211 Indeed they are debarred from even hearing it. 212 So do not invoke with Allah another deity and [thus] be among the punished. 213 And warn your nearest relations, 214 and be kind to your believing followers. 215 If they disobey you, say: 'I am quit of what you do' 216 And rely thou upon the Mighty, the Merciful. 217 Who watches you when you stand up. 218 and [sees] thy behaviour among those who prostrate themselves [before Him]: 219 Surely, He is the Hearer, the Knower. 220 Shall I inform you, (O people!), on whom it is that the evil ones descend? 221 They descend upon every sinful liar. 222 They pass on what is heard, and most of them are liars. 223 Only the erring people follow the poets. 224 Do you not see how they wander aimlessly in every valley, 225 And that they say what they do not do? - 226 Save those that believe, and do righteous deeds, and remember God oft, and help themselves after being wronged; and those who do wrong shall surely know by what overturning they will be overturned. 227
