The Night (Al-Layl)
21 verses, revealed in Mecca after The All High (Al-A'alaa) before Dawn (Al-Fajr)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
By the night, when it envelops, 1 and the day in splendour 2 And by Who created the male and female, 3 Verily, (the ends) ye strive for are diverse. 4 As for him who gave out his wealth (for Allah's sake) and abstained (from disobeying Him), 5 and believes in the finest, 6 We will ease him toward ease. 7 But as for one who is miserly and unheeding, 8 And disbelieveth in goodness; 9 We shall facilitate the path to affliction 10 And what will his wealth benefit him when he goes down (in destruction). 11 Surely, in Our hands is guidance, 12 and to Us belongs the Hereafter as well as the present world -- 13 Now I have warned you of a Fire that flames, 14 None will [enter to] burn therein except the most wretched one. 15 Who give the lie to Truth and turn their backs. 16 But the God-fearing shall be kept away from it, 17 He who gives his wealth to be purified, 18 And not [giving] for anyone who has [done him] a favor to be rewarded 19 but only out of a longing for the countenance of his Sustainer, the All-Highest: 20 He surely will be pleased (when he will enter Paradise). 21
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
