The people of Noah accused the apostles of lies. 105 when their brother Noah said unto them: "Will you not be conscious of God? 106 I am a trustworthy messenger for you: 107 So fear Allah and obey me. 108 "And no reward whatever do I ask of you for it: my reward rests with none but the Sustainer of all the worlds. 109 So keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 110 ۞ They said: Shall we put faith in thee, when the lowest (of the people) follow thee? 111 He said: And what knowledge have I of what they do? 112 Their account is only with my Lord, if you could perceive 113 And I am not one to drive away the believers. 114 I am naught but a warner manifest. 115 They said, “O Nooh, if you do not desist you will surely be stoned.” 116 He said: "O my Lord! truly my people have rejected me. 117 “Therefore make a decisive judgement between me and them, and rescue me and the believers along with me.” 118 And so We saved him and those [who were] with him in the fully-laden ark, 119 Thereafter We drowned those who remained behind. 120 In this [story,] behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 121 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 122
