۞ And We revealed to Musa, saying: Go away with My servants travelling by night, surely you will be pursued. 52 And Pharaoh sent heralds unto all cities, 53 "There is a small group of people 54 who have certainly provoked our wrath. 55 And indeed, we are a cautious society... " 56 So We made them leave their gardens and springs, 57 their treasures and a noble station. 58 So it was; and We made the Descendants of Israel its inheritors. 59 And they overtook them at sunrise. 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa (Moses) said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 [Musa (Moses)] said: "Nay, verily! With me is my Lord, He will guide me." 62 Then We inspired Moses, saying: Smite the sea with thy staff. And it parted, and each part was as a mountain vast. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 We delivered Moses and every one with him, 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 68
