The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

I swear by the fig and the olive, 1 By Mount Sinai, 2 and by this city (of Makkah), a haven of peace: 3 We have indeed created man in the best of mould, 4 Then We reduced him to the lowest of the low, 5 except the believers who do good works, for theirs shall be an unfailing recompense. 6 Then what can, after this, contradict thee, as to the judgment (to come)? 7 Is not God the justest of judges? 8
