Noah's folk denied the messengers (of Allah), 105 When their brother Nuh said to them: Will you not guard (against evil)? 106 I am a trustworthy Messenger to you; 107 so fear Allah, and obey me. 108 I ask of you no recompense for it, for my only reward is with the Lord of the Universe, 109 So fear Allah and obey me' 110 ۞ They answered: "Shall we place our faith in thee, even though [only] the most abject [of people] follow thee?" 111 He said, “What do I know what their deeds are?” 112 Lo! their reckoning is my Lord's concern, if ye but knew; 113 I do not drive away the believers. 114 I am none but a plain warner." 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will be stoned." 116 Noah said, "My Lord, my people have rejected me, 117 Therefor judge Thou between us, a (conclusive) judgment, and save me and those believers who are with me. 118 So We delivered him and those with him in the loaded ark, 119 Then We drowned the rest afterwards 120 In this [story,] behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 121 And verily! Your Lord, He is indeed the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 122
