The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the snorting courses, 1 And striking off fire by dashing their hoofs. 2 while running during a raid at dawn, 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 Cleaving, as one, the centre (of the foe), 5 Verily man is most ungrateful to his Lord; 6 To this he himself shall bear witness. 7 And verily in the love of wealth he is vehement, 8 ۞ Knoweth he not - when that which is in the graves shall be ransacked? 9 And the secrets of the breasts are made known, 10 Surely, on that Day, they will know that their Lord had full knowledge of them all. 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
