And recall when Moosa said to his assistant, “I will not give up until I reach the place where the two seas meet or until I have progressed for ages.” 60 But when they reached the junction between them, they forgot their fish, and it took its course into the sea, slipping away. 61 After they had passed the place, Moses said to his young companion, "Bring us our morning meal; we have indeed been fatigued by this journey." 62 His companion replied, "Do you remember the rock on which we took rest? Satan made me forget to mention to you the story of the fish and how it miraculously made its way into the sea. 63 [Moses] exclaimed: "That [was the place] which we were seeking! And the two turned back, retracing their footsetps, 64 So they found one of Our servants, on whom We had bestowed Mercy from Ourselves and whom We had taught knowledge from Our own Presence. 65 Moses said to him, 'Shall I follow thee so that thou teachest me, of what thou hast been taught, right judgment.' 66 He replied, "You will not be able to bear with me patiently. 67 "How can you remain patient with that which you do not fully understand?" 68 He said: Allah willing, thou shalt find me patient and I shall not in aught gainsay thee. 69 He said: "Well, if you follow me, do not ask me concerning anything until I myself mention it to you." 70
