In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By the (winds) sent forth in quick succession, 1 And those raging swiftly; 2 Which scatter clouds to their destined places, 3 By those who winnow with a winnowing, 4 And by the angels that bring the revelations to the Messengers, 5 [promising] freedom from blame or [offering] a warning! 6 Surely that which ye are promised will befall. 7 When the stars lose their light, 8 And when the heaven is opened 9 When the mountains are scattered (to the winds) as dust; 10 The Messengers will receive their appointments. 11 For what day is it timed? 12 For the Day of Decision. 13 What will explain to you what the Day of Judgement is? 14 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 15 Destroyed We not the ancients? 16 We will now cause the later ones to follow them: 17 Thus do We deal with the sinful ones. 18 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 19 Did We not create you from contemptible water? 20 Which We placed in a depository safe. 21 For a period (of gestation), determined (according to need)? 22 So We decreed. How excellent are We as decreers! 23 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 24 Made We not the earth to be a housing 25 Of the living and the dead? 26 and did We not firmly fix towering mountains on it and give you sweet water to drink? 27 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 28 Depart to that you cried was lies! 29 "Depart you to a shadow (of Hell-fire smoke ascending) in three columns, 30 Neither shady nor protecting against the blazing Fire. 31 that shoots sparks like dry faggots, 32 So like golden camels." 33 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 34 On that Day they will be speechless, 35 Nor will they be given permission to present excuses. 36 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 37 That is the Day of Judgement on which We have assembled you as well as all those who went before you. 38 Now, if ye have a trick (or plot), use it against Me! 39 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
