The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
When Earth is shaken with her (final) earthquake 1 when the earth shakes off her burdens, 2 And man enquires: "What has come over it?" 3 upon that day she shall tell her tidings 4 Because your Lord had inspired her. 5 That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds. 6 and whoso has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 And whosoever has done even an atom's weight of evil will behold that. 8
Almighty Allah's Truth.
