If We grant long life to any, We cause him to be reversed in nature: Will they not then understand? 68 We have not taught him any poetry nor would it be fitting for him. This is merely a Reminder and a clear Quran 69 to warn all who are truly alive, and to justify the word [God's verdict] against the deniers. 70 Do they not see that We have created for them of what Our Hands have created, the cattle, so that they are their owners. 71 And have subdued them unto them, so that some of them they have for riding, some for food? 72 they also have other uses in them and drinks. What, will they not give thanks! 73 But they have taken besides Allah [false] deities that perhaps they would be helped. 74 Those deities can render them no help. Yet these devotees act as though they were an army in waiting for them. 75 Let not their words grieve you. We have knowledge of all that they conceal and all that they reveal. 76 Does man not see that We created him of a sperm drop, and lo! he is flagrantly contentious? 77 He strikes for Us a similitude and forgot his own creation. He says: “Who will quicken the bones when they have decayed?” 78 Say: "He who brought them into being in the first instance will give them life [once again,] seeing that He has full knowledge of every act of creation: 79 He who produces for you fire out of the green tree, so that, lo! you kindle [your fires] therewith." 80 Is not He, Who created the heavens and the earth Able to create the like of them? Yes, indeed! He is the All-Knowing Supreme Creator. 81 His command, when He desires a thing, is to say to it 'Be,' and it is. 82 Wherefore hallowed be He in whose hand is the governance of everything, and unto whom ye shall be returned. 83
