Have you then seen him who turns his back? 33 And gave a little, then stopped (giving)? 34 Has he knowledge of the unseen, so that he sees? 35 Has not he been informed of the contents of the Book of Moses 36 and about Abraham who fulfilled his duty (to God)? 37 That no soul shall bear another's burden, 38 and that nought shall be accounted unto man but what he is striving for; 39 And that his endeavour shall be presently observed. 40 And only then will he receive his recompense in full; 41 And that the end is only towards your Lord? 42 And that He it is who maketh laugh, and maketh weep, 43 and that it is He who causes to die, and causes to live 44 And that it is He Who has created the two pairs, male and female? 45 out of a [mere] drop of sperm as it is poured forth, 46 And that upon Him is another bringing forth. 47 And that it is He who enriches and suffices 48 that He is the Lord of Sirius. 49 And that it is He Who earlier destroyed the tribe of Aad? 50 and Thamood, and He did not spare them, 51 and before them the nation of Noah, they exceeded in evil and were insolent. 52 just as He thrust into perdition those cities that were overthrown 53 and caused them to be covered with that which He covered them with. 54 So, which of your Lord's bounties will you doubt?” 55 This is a warning among the warnings of yore. 56 What is to come is imminent. 57 No (soul) but Allah can lay it bare. 58 Marvel ye then at this statement, 59 Or do you laugh, and do you not weep 60 While you are indulging in varieties. 61 So make obeisance to Allah and serve (Him). ۩ 62
