The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the heavens with constellations, 1 by the promised day, 2 And by the witness and that whereunto he beareth testimony, 3 That accursed are the men of the trench 4 the makers of the fuel-stoked fire! 5 When they sat by it 6 And they witnessed what they were doing against the believers (i.e. burning them). 7 They took revenge on them only because they believed in the All-mighty, the Al-laudable, 8 Who, to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth! And Allah is Witness over everything. 9 Verily those who affected the believing men and the believing women, and then repented not, theirs shall be the torment of Hell, and theirs shall be the torment of burning. 10 Verily those who believed and worked righteous works, theirs shall be Gardens whereunder the rivers flow; that is the supreme achievement. 11 Indeed, the vengeance of your Lord is severe. 12 it is He who begins and repeats [His creation], 13 And He is Oft-Forgiving, full of love (towards the pious who are real true believers of Islamic Monotheism), 14 Lord of the Throne, the All-glorious, 15 Effecter of what He intends. 16 Have you not heard the story of the hosts 17 Of Firon and Samood? 18 Yet the infidels persist in denial. 19 and God is behind them, encompassing. 20 Aye! it is a Recitation glorious, 21 In a guarded tablet. 22

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
