Blessed is He who placed in the heavens constellations of stars, and placed a burning lamp in it and the luminous moon. 61 And it is He who has made the night and the day in succession for whoever desires to remember or desires gratitude. 62 The (true) servants of the Merciful are those who walk humbly on the earth who, when the ignorant people behave insolently towards them, say, "Peace to you" 63 who pass the night prostrating and standing to their Lord. 64 And they who say: O our Lord! turn away from us the punishment of hell, surely the punishment thereof is a lasting 65 It is a terrible abode and an evil station," 66 Those who, when they spend, are not extravagant and not niggardly, but hold a just (balance) between those (extremes); 67 who call not upon another god with God, nor slay the soul God has forbidden except by right, neither fornicate, for whosoever does that shall meet the price 68 The punishment shall be increased for him on the Day of Resurrection, and he will remain in it forever, with humiliation. 69 Save him who repenteth and believeth and worketh righteous work. Then these! for them Allah shall change their vices into virtues. Verily Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful. 70 and seeing that he who repents and [thenceforth] does what is right has truly turned unto God by [this very act of] repentance. 71 And those who witness not falsehood, and when they pass by some vanity pass by with dignity. 72 And those who, when reminded of the verses of their Lord, do not fall upon them deaf and blind. 73 And those who say: "O Lord, give us comfort in our spouses and children, and make us paragons of those who follow the straight path." 74 They will be rewarded the highest position in heaven, the recompense of their patience, and they will be welcomed with honour and greetings of peace. 75 There they shall live for ever; a fine dwelling place, and residence. 76 (Muhammad), say (to the disbeliever) "It does not matter to my Lord whether you worship Him or not. You have rejected His guidance and your punishment is inevitable." 77
