Seest thou one who turns back, 33 Gives a little, then hardens (his heart)? 34 Or, does he possess knowledge of the Unseen, and can therefore see? 35 Has he not been informed of what is in the Scrolls of Moses, 36 And with Abraham who kept his word: 37 That no bearer of burden shall bear the burden of another- 38 nor can man achieve anything without hard labor. 39 That his endeavours will be judged, 40 Then will he be rewarded with a reward complete; 41 That to thy Lord is the final Goal; 42 It is He who causes laughter and weeping. 43 And He who ordains death and life; 44 And that He createth the pair, the male and the female. 45 from a discharged living germ 46 and that [therefore] it is within His power to bring about a second life; 47 and that it is He who gives wealth and riches, 48 And that He (Allah) is the Lord of Sirius (the star which the pagan Arabs used to worship); 49 and that it is He who destroyed the ancient [tribes of] Ad 50 And destroyed the tribe of Thamud, not sparing anyone? 51 and the people of Noah; they were the most unjust and rebellious people. 52 And the subverted cities He overthrew. 53 So they were covered with whatever covered them? 54 On which then of your Lord's signs do you cast doubt? 55 He (Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him) is a Herald of Warning, like the former Heralds of Warning. 56 What is to come is imminent. 57 None except Allah can avert it. 58 At this discourse then marvel ye? 59 And will you laugh and not weep? 60 And you are lost in play! 61 Therefore prostrate for Allah, and worship Him. (Command of Prostration # 12) ۩ 62
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
اضغط المثلثات الصغيرة في أعلى الإطار وأسفله إلى اليسار لعرض فهرس السور، حيث يمكنك الانتقال إلى أي سورة أو أية صفحة بداخلها.
Click or tap the small triangles above and below the frame on the right to display the Surah Table of Contents, where you can go to any Surah or any page within.
