And certainly We lodged the children of Israel in a goodly abode and We provided them with good things; but they did not disagree until the knowledge had come to them; surely your Lord will judge between them on the resurrection day concerning that in which they disagreed. 93 If you are in any doubt concerning what We have sent down to you, then question those who have read the Book before you: the Truth has come to you from your Lord, so do not be one of the doubters -- 94 And never be of those who denied the signs of Allah, for you will then be of the losers. 95 Surely those against whom the word of your Lord has proved true will not believe, 96 Even if every sign should come to them, - until they see the painful torment. 97 So if only had there been one dwelling* that believed and its belief would have benefited it – except the nation of Yunus (Jonah)! When they accepted faith, We removed the disgraceful punishment in the life of this world from them, and let them enjoy for a while. (* That was destroyed after being warned.) 98 If your Lord had willed, all the people on the earth would have come to believe, one and all. 99 No soul can believe except by the will of God. He will place the filth [of doubt] upon those who do not use their reason. 100 Say: 'See what is in the heavens and the earth' But neither signs nor warnings help the unbelievers. 101 What are they waiting for except to witness the repetition of the days of calamity that their predecessors witnessed? Tell them: 'Wait; I too am waiting with you. 102 Then We shall save Our messengers and those who believe. Thus We have made it incumbent upon Ourself to save the believers. 103
