In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta-Sin-Mim. 1 These are the verses of the clear Book. 2 Perhaps you consume yourself that they are not believers. 3 If We will, We can send down a Sign to them from heaven, so their necks will be humbled to it. 4 Whenever there comes to them any fresh warning from the Merciful, they always turn their backs on it: 5 They have indeed rejected (the Message): so they will know soon (enough) the truth of what they mocked at! 6 Have they not seen the earth in which We have made gracious plants grow? 7 In this there is, certainly, evidence (of the Truth). But most of them have no faith. 8 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 9

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
