Verily, the tree of Zaqqum, 43 shall be the food of the sinful. 44 It is like pitch. It will fume in the belly 45 like the boiling of hot water. 46 “Seize him and drag him to the middle of the Blazing Fire, 47 then pour over his head the chastisement of boiling water!' 48 Taste thou! thou art indeed mighty, honoured! 49 This is that which you doubted' 50 Indeed the pious are in a place of peace. 51 In the midst of gardens and of springs, 52 They shall wear of fine and thick silk, (sitting) face to face; 53 Thus shall it be. And We shall pair them with companions pure, most beautiful of eye. 54 While resting in security, they shall call for all kinds of fruit. 55 There they shall not taste death, except the first death, and He will shield them from the punishment of Hell, 56 a bounty from thy Lord; that is the mighty triumph. 57 And We have made (this Scripture) easy in thy language only that they may heed. 58 Wait thou then; verily they also are waiting. 59
