The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

When Earth is shaken with her (final) earthquake 1 and the earth will throw up all her burdens, 2 and man will cry out: “What is the matter with her?” 3 on that Day will she recount all her tidings, 4 as thy Sustainer will have inspired her to do! 5 That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds. 6 So. he who has done an atom's weight of good shall see it 7 and he who shall have done an atom's weight of evil, shall behold it. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
