And verily in the heaven we have set mansions of the stars, and We have beautified it for beholders. 16 And We have guarded it from every outcast devil, 17 so that anyone who seeks to learn [the unknowable] by stealth is pursued by a flame clear to see. 18 And the earth-- We have spread it forth and made in it firm mountains and caused to grow in it of every suitable thing. 19 And We have provided sustenance for you on it and also for those of whom you are not the providers. 20 Of all things there are We have the stores, and send them down in determined measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then send down water from the cloud so We give it to you to drink of, nor is it you who store it up. 22 And surely, it is We who give life and make to die. We are the Inheritor. 23 And certainly We know those of you who have gone before and We certainly know those who shall come later. 24 And verily thy Lord! He will gather them, and verily He is Wise, Knowing. 25
