The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its violent shaking, 1 And when the earth throws out its burdens, 2 And man says, “What has happened to it?” 3 On that day she shall tell her news, 4 for your Lord has so directed it. 5 On that Day people will go forth in varying states so that they be shown their deeds. 6 So whoever does a good deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 7 And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
