The pious ones will be triumphant. 31 Gardens enclosed, and grapevines; 32 And full-breasted maidens of equal age. 33 and an overflowing cup. 34 No ill speech will they hear therein or any falsehood - 35 [As] reward from your Lord, [a generous] gift [made due by] account, 36 Lord of the heavens and earth, and all that between them is, the All-merciful of whom they have no power to speak. 37 On the Day whereon the spirits and the angels will stand arrayed, they will not be able to speak save him whom the Compassionate giveth leave and who speaketh aright. 38 That Day will be the sure Reality: Therefore, whoso will, let him take a (straight) return to his Lord! 39 We warn you of a punishment that has come near; a day on which man will see what his own hands have sent ahead, and the disbeliever will say, “Alas – if only I were dust!” 40
