Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

THE AVARICE OF plenitude keeps you occupied 1 until you come to the graves. 2 Yes certainly, you will soon realise! 3 Nay, but ye will come to know! 4 Nay, were ye to know with certainty of mind, (ye would beware!) 5 Verily, You shall see the blazing Fire (Hell)! 6 You would see it with the eye of certainty. 7 then you shall be questioned that day concerning true bliss. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
