And the heaven We constructed with strength, and indeed, We are [its] expander. 47 And the earth -- We spread it forth; O excellent Smoothers! 48 And of every thing We have created pairs, that haply ye may remember. 49 So flee to Allah. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 50 And do not ascribe divinity to aught side by side with God: verily, I am a plain warner to you from Him!" 51 Thus has it been (in the past): never did a Messenger come to the nations that preceded them but they said: “(He is) a sorcerer, or a mad-man.” 52 Have they handed this down from one to another? No, rather, they are an insolent nation. 53 So turn thou from them; thou wilt not be reproached. 54 Do, however, keep exhorting them; for exhortation benefits those endowed with faith. 55 I created the jinn and humankind only that they might worship Me. 56 I do not desire from them any sustenance and I do not desire that they should feed Me. 57 Surely Allah is the Bestower of sustenance, the Lord of Power, the Strong. 58 And lo! for those who (now) do wrong there is an evil day like unto the evil day (which came for) their likes (of old); so let them not ask Me to hasten on (that day). 59 So ruin is for disbelievers, from their day which they are promised. 60
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
