The tree of al-Zaqqum 43 Will be the food of the Sinful,- 44 Like murky oil, it boils within bellies 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 [And the word will be spoken:] "Seize him, [O you forces of hell,] and drag him into the midst of the blazing fire: 47 then pour boiling water over his head as chastisement. 48 (Saying): 'Taste, surely you are the mighty and noble! 49 “Indeed this is what you used to doubt about.” 50 Verily! The Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2), will be in place of Security (Paradise). 51 among gardens and fountains, 52 dressed in fine silk and in rich brocade, and they will face each other: 53 We shall unite them to maidens with big black and white lovely eyes. 54 In it they will ask for all kinds of fruit, with safety. 55 They shall not taste therein death except the first death, and He will save them from the punishment of the hell, 56 as a favour from your Lord. That is the great triumph. 57 (O Prophet), We have made this Book easy in your tongue so that they may take heed. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad SAW); Verily, they (too) are waiting. 59
