Everyone upon the earth will perish, 26 but forever will abide thy Sustainer's Self, full of majesty and glory. 27 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord do you then deny? 28 All in the heavens and the earth entreat Him for their needs; a new, mighty task engages Him each day. 29 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 30 [ONE DAY] We shall take you to task, O you sin-laden two! 31 (We shall then see), which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 32 O company of jinn and men, if you have the power to go beyond the bounds of the heavens and the earth, go beyond them! Yet you will be unable to go beyond them for that requires infinite power. 33 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 34 Flames of fire and molten copper shall be loosed against you, and you shall not be helped. 35 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord do you then deny? 36 (What will happen) when the heaven will be split asunder and will become crimson like leather? 37 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 38 On that day there will be no need to ask mankind or jinn about his sin 39 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 40 The sinners will be recognised by their marks, and seized by the forelock and their feet. 41 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 42 This is the Hell which the guilty called a lie. 43 they shall go round between it and between hot, boiling water. 44 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 45
