The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 and [when] the earth yields up her burdens, 2 the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?" 3 On that Day it shall proclaim its news, 4 as thy Sustainer will have inspired her to do! 5 On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. 6 So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, 7 And he who has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
