The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
When the sun is overthrown, 1 And when the stars fall, dispersing, 2 And when the hills are moved, 3 And when milch camels roam abandoned. 4 And when the wild beasts shall be gathered together; 5 And when the seas are set afire. 6 When souls are reunited (with the bodies) 7 and when the girl-child that was buried alive is made to ask 8 Upon what sin was she killed for. 9 the records of deeds are made public, 10 And when the heaven has its covering removed, 11 And when the Scorch shall be made to blaze, 12 and Paradise is brought near, 13 then shall a soul know what it has produced. 14 So verily I call to witness the planets - that recede, 15 Those that run [their courses] and disappear - 16 And the Night as it dissipates; 17 And by the morning when it shineth forth, 18 Verily this is the word of a noble message-bearer; 19 Owner of strength, of established dignity with the Lord of the Throne. 20 obeyed by (all creatures) and faithful to His trust. 21 Your companion is not possessed; 22 he truly beheld [the angel - beheld] him on the clear horizon; 23 And he is not avid of the Unseen. 24 Nor is this the word of a stoned satan. 25 So where are you going? 26 It is not except a reminder to the worlds 27 Unto whomsoever of you willeth to walk straight. 28 but you shall not, unless Allah wills, the Lord of all the Worlds. 29

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
