Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Ya'. Sin. 1 By the Wise Koran, 2 Indeed you, [O Muhammad], are from among the messengers, 3 On a right way. 4 with a revelation sent down by the Mighty One, the Merciful, 5 so that you may warn a people whose ancestors were not warned before wherefore they are heedless. 6 Undoubtedly, it (their disbelief) has proved true for most of them, so they will not believe. 7 We have put fetters around their necks which reach up to their chins so that they are standing with their heads upright, 8 And We shall raise a barrier in front of them and a barrier behind them, and cover them over so that they will not be able to see. 9 And it is alike unto them, whether thou warnest them or warnest them not; they shall not believe. 10 You only warn he who follows the Remembrance and fears the Merciful in the Unseen. Give to him glad tidings of forgiveness and a generous wage. 11 We shall surely bring the dead back to life and We record what they send ahead and what they leave behind. We have recorded everything in a clear book. 12
