The Elephant (Al-Feel)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Hast thou not observed what wise thy Lord dealt with the fellows of the elephant? 1 Did He not make their treacherous plan go astray? 2 And send down (to prey) upon them birds in flocks, 3 which pelted them with clay stones? 4 to turn them into (something) like the left-over grass grazed by cattle. 5

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
