We built the universe with Our might, giving it its vast expanse. 47 We have spread out the earth, how well We have spread it out, 48 We created two kinds of all things, so that you will remember. 49 Hasten ye then (at once) to Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 50 and do not set up any deity with Allah. Surely I am a clear warner to you from Him. 51 Even so there came no messenger unto those before them but they said: A wizard or a madman! 52 Did they suggest it to them? Rather, they [themselves] are a transgressing people. 53 Therefore turn away from them (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), – so there is no blame upon you. 54 And continue to remind, for surely the reminder profits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humankind only that they might worship Me. 56 I do not ask any sustenance from them, nor wish that they give Me food. 57 Surely Allah is the Bestower of all provision, the Lord of all power, the Strong. 58 The wrongdoers will meet the same fate as their predecessors, let them not ask Me to hasten on [the punishment], 59 So woe to the unbelievers, for that day of theirs that they are promised. 60
