The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful 1

All the praises and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 2 The Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful. 3 Owner of the Day of Recompense. 4 You (alone) we worship; and You (alone) we rely for help. 5 Guide us (O Lord) to the path that is straight, 6 The path of those whom Thou hast favoured; Not the (path) of those who earn Thine anger nor of those who go astray. 7

Almighty Allah's Truth.
