God originates creation, then brings it back again, then unto Him you shall be returned. 11 And on the Day when the Hour will be established, the Mujrimun (disbelievers, sinners, criminals, polytheists, etc.) will be plunged into destruction with deep regrets, sorrows, and despair. 12 And the partners they ascribed will not be their intercessors – and they will deny their partners. 13 On the Day that the Hour will be established,- that Day shall (all men) be sorted out. 14 Those who believed and did the right will be feasted in a rich, well-watered meadow. 15 And those who have rejected Faith and falsely denied our Signs and the meeting of the Hereafter,- such shall be brought forth to Punishment. 16 So exalted is Allah when you reach the evening and when you reach the morning. 17 And His is all praise in the heavens and the earth! and at the sun's decline and when ye enter the noon. 18 He brings forth the living from the dead, and brings forth the dead from the living, and He revives the earth after it is dead; even so you shall be brought forth. 19
