And there certainly came to the people of Pharaoh warning. 41 (They) belied all Our Signs, so We seized them with a Seizure of the All-Mighty, All-Capable to carry out what he Will (Omnipotent). 42 Are your disbelievers better than they were, or have you been given exemption in the Books? 43 Or do they say, "We are a united group, and we are bound to prevail?" 44 Soon shall this legion be routed and shall turn their backs and flee. 45 Indeed, the Hour of Doom is their appointed time, and the Last Hour will be the most severe, and the most bitter. 46 Verily the culprits shall be in great error and madness. 47 On the Day when they are dragged on their faces into the Fire, (it will be said to them): 'Taste the touch of the Scorching' 48 Indeed, all things We created with predestination. 49 And Our command is only a fleeting one – like the batting of an eyelid. 50 And We have indeed destroyed your kind, so is there one who would ponder? 51 All their deeds are in the Scrolls, 52 And every small and great [thing] is inscribed. 53 As to the Righteous, they will be in the midst of Gardens and Rivers, 54 honorably seated in the presence of the All-dominant King. 55
